What it is

An AI-powered academic chatbot that retrieves real-time information from the ISET website through web scraping, trained and evaluated on ISET-specific data.

What I built

  • Built web scraping to retrieve real-time information from the ISET website.
  • Developed a Flask-based REST API integrating NLTK, TF-IDF and Word2Vec to improve response relevance and confidence scoring.
  • Trained and evaluated NLP models on ISET-specific data to improve response accuracy and information retrieval.
  • Containerized the application with Docker and validated core functionality through automated testing.
